Contact your bank or payment provider straight away through its official app or number. Then a Comprehensive Report can set out what public sources say alongside your purchase details.
Can I get a refund?
Research starts once payment is confirmed, so a change of mind or a report with few findings isn’t refundable. If we can’t complete your report properly, you get a full refund. See the Refund Policy.
Can you check a person or a dating profile?
